COVID-19 & TICKETING POLICIES
Three Crows is dedicated to the safety of our audiences and artists. We adhere to a strict mask policy as well as new and evolving guidance from the City of Chicago, the State of Illinois and the CDC. Policies are subject to change.
VACCINATIONS
-
We encourage all audience members to be fully vaccinated, including boosters.
-
All cast members and creative team members are vaccinated.
-
We require masks to be worn for the entirety of the performance.
-
Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test dated no more than 24 hours in advance are required for entry. Should you have questions or need assistance, please contact us at info@threecrowstheatre.com.
MASKING
-
All patrons must remain masked during the performances regardless of vaccination status.
-
Three Crows will have disposable face masks available for patrons who are without a mask.
-
During the performance, actors will not be masked. Three Crows requires all actors to be vaccinated and boosted.
RISK ASSUMPTION
-
There is an inherent risk of contracting COVID-19 if you attend a theatre performance where other people are present and social distancing is impossible. Attending a Three Crows production means any patron voluntarily assumes all risks related to COVID-19 and any other illnesses.
-
The Redwist Theatre venue is a 50-seat theater where social distancing is not possible. We do our best to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between performances.
TICKETING POLICY
-
There is no late seating for the production. Redtwist is a small theater and late seating is very disruptive to the actors and audience.
-
Please contact us to reschedule your tickets. Email us at info@threecrowstheatre.com
REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
-
Patrons can reschedule their tickets by following the link provided in their SimpleTix confirmation email as long as it's 12 hours before show time.
-
If you are feeling ill, please stay home and email info@threecrowstheatre.com and we'll reschedule your tickets.
